01 | Services and Capabilities
CNC Punching
Weaver and Sons provides CNC punching services with our Trumpf 5000 Rotation 25 ton CNC high speed punch with a 21 tool changer (1/4" 4 x 10 sheet before reposition) Also available is a Weidemann Magnum 5000 with a 52 station turrent (72" x 72" before reposition) It has a 45 ton capacity and a 100 amp plasma attachment for processing up to 3/8" plate



Laser Cutting
We use the Bystronic 3000 watt 5' x 10' laser (up to ½" plate) and Bystronic 4000 watt 5' x 10' laser (up to 5/8" plate) with auto nest and fully automated six-station material handling system.



Hi-Definition Plasma
We offer a 200 AMP Plasma cutting system which also has 4 Oxy-Fuel Torches on an 8" x 20" table and a Hypertherm 100 AMP Hi Definition Plasma torch with scribe tool marker on a 5' x 12' table.



Shearing
We offer shearing through our Wysong ¼" x 144" M.S. Shear and our GEKA 110 Ton Iron Worker with Bar and Angle Shear.



Forming/Rolling
Our capabilities include: Amada 143 ton CNC High Accuracy Press Brake with 10 foot bed, a Montgomery Plate Roll ¼" x 120", and other plate roll bending machines from 6" length to 12 feet lengths, and press brakes with 25 to 350 ton capacity with CNC backgauges.



Machining
Our plant provides 1 CNC vertical mill, 1 conventional vertical mill, 3 engine lathes, 1 vertical lathe, a precision punch and die grinder, and many other machining tools and capabilities.








Welding
We offer AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.3 Certified Welders for MIG, TIG, Stick, FLUX-CORE, aluminum, and spot welding.



Industrial Painting
Our plant offers a 10,000 sq ft finishing area with a 16' x 25' Grit Blasting Capability and a 13' x 25' Spray Paint Booth. We also offer a new Batch Powder Coating System with an 8' x 15' gas fired oven.



All Weaver and Sons facilities and processes are EPA and OSHA compliant.
