Custom Screen Perforating of Steel Screens

Weaver and Sons was approached by a wood processing company to screen perforate ten steel screens. We used our Trumpf CNC punch to perforate .74" diameter holes in the 104" long, 39.22" wide carbon steel screens. The screens were 100% dimensionally inspected, and we held tightest tolerances of ±.005 throughout the process. The final components were shipped to Calhoun, Tennessee.
