Weaver and Sons, Inc. is located in Talladega, Alabama, which is conveniently located near Interstate 20 between Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama, two of the most significant transportation hubs of the Southeast. Weaver and Sons serves customers nationwide and regularly ships custom jobs to loyal customers just down the road and in cities across the country.

Weaver and Sons, Inc. uses its decades of experience, expertise, and innovation to serve customers from a wide range of industries including: the agricultural equipment industry, aircraft support equipment industry, forestry industry, mining operations, industrial manufacturing operations, foundries, machine shops, and others.

Company facilities include a 70,400 sq ft manufacturing, fabricating, and machining facility, an 11,000 sq ft administrative and engineering office, a 10,000 sq ft industrial painting shop, and a 10,000 sq ft industrial warehouse, for a total of over 100,000 sq ft in the Weaver and Sons complex.

Weaver and Sons, Inc. was founded in 1945 by George L. Weaver, a decorated World War II veteran and Prisoner of War who returned home and established the company with his brother Martin D. Weaver Jr. and father Martin D. Weaver Sr. after the war.

Today, Lily Weaver Overton, the daughter of Weaver and Sons founder George L. Weaver, is majority owner and CEO of the company. She ensures that the family's legacy of quality work and innovation is perpetuated day by day. Weaver and Sons is now a certified woman-owned company and is located in a federally recognized HUB zone.

Since its inception, Weaver and Sons has maintained state of the art modern and traditional machinery. With every generation the company has set new standards as the manufacturer of precision sheet and plate metal components, custom and contract metal fabrication, and industrial painting.
